can anybody please help im buying a puppy and the breeder says her pups have heamophilia what is it   thanks.

Are you sure that they have haemophilia or that their parents have been tested for it?  If the pups have it I wouldn't go there myself!

Haemophilia is a hereditary blood condition.  Basically the blood doesn't clot which means that everyday cuts and knocks can be fatal as the victim could bleed to death. 

Personally I wouldn't want the responsibility of a dog that would need constant attention throughout it's life, however long that may be.

I cannot believe that a whole litter would have Haemophillia Females with haemophillia are extremely rare(& sadly usually die before maturity if not spayed)

This means of course that the father must have haemophillia for the bitches in the litter to have it & no sane person would use a dog with haemophillia are stud oir offer one at stud either

Perhaps the guest should join & give a few more details
