I have a westie that is 5 months old and has itchy skin.  Have been to the vet and got epi-soothe but doesn't help.  Changed feeding to james wellbeloved fish and rice to see if that helps but was planning to try Hibiscrub like some people on the site suggested any information on how to use it would be appreciated or any suggestions anyone might have would be a big help.

Hi guest, there could be a hundred things what she's allergic to so you've got to do trial and error to see if it's something she's eaten or something she comes into contact.  Food wise i'd suggest salmon walfcol hypoallergic food.  What do you have on your floors in you house?  If it's wooden and where your dogs sleeps use non biological soap powder to wash up also wash her bedding in it.  Dont bathe her to often either and if you do make sure you wash all the soap out.  I'd even put a little vest on to stop her scatching herself.  Also learn how to groom that breed probably as they have a double coat and they need to be shredded.  Good luck, you could also have an allergy test done by your vet to see what's making her itchy.

warm regards Susan
