If you train your Weimaraner puppie the right way and he still doesn't listen to you what should you do?

The short answer is keep on training...........

However, are you being realistic about your expectations?

What is is that you think that you have trained your dog to do, what is his age and why do you think he is not listening to you, could he not, for example be confused and not fully understand what you want him to do.  Have you given him enough reason to DO what you want him to do.  What do you think is the "right way"?

Why not join, it is free and we can explore your issues more fully.

FWIW I have had 4 Weimaraners and they have all listened to me.......... ;) (eventually) :D :D :D

To add to Tohme's very constructive answer, as with people all dogs are different - the 'right way' for a puppy is what works for that individual and you may have to try some different approaches.

Also, apologies if I have the wrong end of the stick, but if the other post is also yours and the puppy is 8 weeks old, there is a long way to go yet.

Why don't you post some of your problems and we can offer some advice - particularly Tohme, who has extensive experience of your specific breed.
