hi still having problems with my 16 month old gsd whenever i am out with her on walks and she sees another dog she will try and get to it whining barking and bouncing about i know she only wants to play but other people who dont know her think she is nastyi know she isnt i use a canny collar which makes it easier for me to hold her if another dog comes upto her she will have a sniff and then shes fine
