How do they decide what is OK or not?

A much higher body, not for us mortals to know such things ;)

As far as I know (which may not amount to much), Champdogs is a web-site primarily designed for breeders to advertise themselves, their dogs, stud-dogs and litters etc. This forum is an 'off-shoot' of that for discussion of everything doggy. As this is a commercial concern - funded by the owners of the site, they have the absolute right to set whatever rules they may like and to allow/ban any members :) If anybody objects to this - their only alternative, apart from appealing for the owners mercy ;) , is to set up their own site on which they can say whatever they like - unless they break the libel laws :D :D :D

I'd better finish now before I get thrown off ( and as I couldn't run a forum to save my life, I'd better go quickly and quietly ..... :D )

As the saying goes - 'he who pays the piper, calls the tune'. Champdogs is a privately-owned site, so it's entirely Admin's decision who can use it and what they'll allow on it.
