Murphy was castrated back in august. Everything has settled down and up untul yesterday where his bits were was just loose skin. Yesterday they became quite hard, as if slightly swollen. THis has coincided with a change in his aggression to other dogs as he has started to bully them, and i was just wondering if this is normal, or whether i need to worry.

I would call the vet  just to be on the safe side :)
