Can you allgive me some advice if you can.
Yesterday i bought my toy poodle pup. We were talking as we left and said it was strange her face wasnt shaved back as all her other toy poodles were. When we got back to the car and had a proper good look at her and found out why. We suspect she has a cateract or even worse is blind in her left eye. As it is milky blue over where he iris/pupil should be.She is 12 weeks old. We had alot of trouble with the breeder throughout - we put the deposit down for her when she was 2 weeks old - she dint bother KC reg'ing her until just now and we refused to pick her up wihout her papers as weve been diddled like that before and never got them. Anyway, We dont want to take the pup back as (shes gorgeous!!) we believe we saved her from an awful life. The conditions they were kept in were unreal - all the dogs were covered in muck and poo, some were malnutritioned aswell. But now were stuck in an akward postion - im sure the 6 weeks free insurance we have is only due to start from when we got her - this obviusly has happened before. We saw her at 4 weeks old though and she wasnt like it then so were not sure what it is. We need advice ut we refuse to take her back. We bet this so called breeder is laughing her heads off at us as we paid full price. Overall we are keeping the pup - she is not going back but what do we do with regard to her eye and the fact it was like that? Please help

Also id like to pint out she IS a puppy farmer- there we dogs in cages everywhere, crammed into every corner.
I refuse to contact the breeder as all she will do is say bring it back and im not taking my Star back to that.

If you'd seen the conditions the puppy was reared in why did you pay the breeder and encourage her to produce more the same?

I don't think there's a lot you can do - caveat emptor applies to the sale of puppies along with many other things. You had the opportunity to examine her before you took her, so in effect you've 'accepted the goods as seen'. Has your vet checked her out yet?

Other than that, you could try reporting her to the RSPCA and the local council.
