One of my dog suffered terribly from car sickness but dont panic they can grow out of it.
We tried lots of different suggestions to cure her eventually crating her while travelling did the trick.
Depending on how severe it is you could try ginger bis half an hour before travelling.
For a long journey travel sickness pills but get advice from your vet on how much to give as she is very young.(probably a quarter of a tab) they also need to be given 2 hrs before the journey.
Sometimes it depends on where they are sitting in the vehicle mine prefer the boot but we have a Grand Cherokee Jeep so that is easy they tend to sit facing the back.
If you have the space crating for a short while eases them into travelling in the car.
Cover the crate fully for the journey she may salivate but thats ok it only took a few journeys this way for us and it worked brilliantly.
You could also try taking her out to the car and just sitting in it giving her a little treat or feeding her meals in it but not actually travelling anywhere to let her know there is nothing to be worried about and that the car is a good thing.
