Have you tried contacting the breed clubs. They will know of reputable breeders in your area that are expecting or likel;y to be expecting litters. Contact details can be found at the bottom of the breed standard :)

If you contact the Kennel club they will have a list of breed clubs which will be able to help you find a reputable breeder.  We bought our first one this year having got 5 dallies and I will say that she will probably be my first and last beagle although I love her to bits she causes more havoc and chaos than all the others put together!  I would also say that they are totally different personalities and charecters to the spotties.
