Sorry could not login. I just wanted to thankyou for your reply on my post about the malamute puppy. I took on board what you said and went on the hudsons malamute site. I was nieve in thinking sibes and mals were much the same, i know so much and learnt so much more when i got my sibes but with the mal. they had so much more write up nearly 2 pages whereas with the sibe it was half a page. You have helped me with my decision i will have to let him go from my walks but will try and help the owners with more knowledge of what he will grow into if they do not become the alpha. I did not mention this in my first post but on my wed. walk he didnt like it when i went to get him out of my van, he mouthed me and sliced my finger with his sharp teeth. I told him it was bad and grabbed his struff, he did get very growly then, but i pulled him out and we just got on with the walk (this would of been how i would of told any of mine off) I did come home with the thought that i always said any dog with agression towards people or other dogs would not come on my walks. But i also thought he is a puppy that with the right guidence it could possibly work. I have to be responsible and do the right thing.
Thankyou so much again.
