Just wondered if there were any programmers for MS Access databases out there?  I have a couple of questions I need answers to particularly in relation to a mean error message (Error 3197) what is it?  My system says it is a multi-user error but it is corrupting the record it's blocking.

Thanks for the advice.  Have tried the online helplines and websites but to no avail.  I will have to call in a programmer (for work so I'm not paying thank God!)  glad I tried here first though, it never ceases to amaze me the amount of knowledge on here :)
