I have a beagle bitch and i take her showing alot. I started showing at the beginning of this year so i am a novice. I would like to enter crufts but i dont know how to enter. Does my dog have to qualify or not?

Yes you do have to qualify. For most breeds (it does vary slightly) this means having won a 1st, 2nd or 3rd at a championship show in a breed class where CCs were on offer for the breed.The Crufts website will tell you everything you will need to know, click on the button for EXHIBITORS. :)
