I was just wondering if people felt that neutering pet animals was cruel? Or would you advocate breeding from your pet dogs? Discuss.

No, we advocate being a responsible owner - not allowing pet dogs to roam and mate indescriminately. After all, if you can't do that you shouldn't own a dog, let alone castrate one.

whatever next!

I believe this is the link you were requesting regarding PETA. It's easy enough to find on google.
"You can work to reduce your community's companion animal overpopulation problem by demanding mandatory spay/neuter legislation"
They also want people to stop using animals for food and clothing as well. Do the nomads in the Sahara know about this? Eskimos? African tribes? Indian farmers? Tibetans? etc etc
Make a pledge right now to take personal responsibility for neutering or spaying every unsterilized animal you encounter.
If possible, spay your whole street!
Taken directly from PETA's site

Well done - that is much more explicit than the link I found :)

Um, I wasn't requesting any link! Unless you were replying to me by mistake.

ChloeH, No this guest has posted a few times already ;)
No - I think it was aimed at the OP who has posted several times anonymously requesting links to PETA's site and their views on companion animals.

Won't join and discuss properly. I don't like it when people hide. What have they got to hide?

Why are we bothering to engage with this person who has so little faith in their own opinions that they hide in anonymity.
