How about finding a trainer that specialises in training deaf dogs - with the right help and approach you can help you dog to live a normal life.

I know I could never give a dog away regardless of its fault!

Poor thing, she's been passed from pillar to post because her breeder didn't accept responsibility. :( How old is she? There are ways of training deaf dogs if you're prepared to put in the effort.

Have you contacted Breed Rescue?

I'm sorry, I have no suggestions, but perhaps folk will understand that this is exactly the situation that the 'old breeders' were trying to avoid when they dealt with defective puppies differently. :(  It's just too easy to buy a pedigree puppy cheap and say "I'll cope with that problem" only to find that they can't! :(
It takes a very special person to be able to deal these pups, not the average family with little canine experience.

Exactly. :( This is why no reputable breeder will sell a deaf puppy.
