Try the breed club, they will have a list of decent breeders who do all relavent health testing for the breed.

I think that you will find that as the German Short-haired Pointer is still very much a working gundog that there will be very few breeders that do NOT dock their pups tails. You could always ask a breeder if they will keep a pup's tail on, but they will probably ask for a large deposit, just in case you change your mind.

Will be hard to find one without a docked tail from a reputable breeder. Most are docked at 3 days old.
