Unless you are someone who is aware of health issues in gullmasstifs and know which health tests are required on parents and desireable results then I would never suggest you buy from epupz or a news paper etc.I would recommend you contact one of the contacts below who will give you sound advise and information on REPUTABLE breeders.A well bred pup from health tested parents is unlikely to cost you any more than one bred by Mr Smith down the road who breeds his bitch to  the nearest male ,neither of which are likely to be health tested ,to make money.A pup from a reputable breeder however will be likely to cost you less in the long run with health issues

CharmedAgain :   Do you REALLY think that the best place to send someone for puppies ie Epupz?

Unless you can really recommend a breeder, surely the safest route to anyone enquiring about puppies is to send them the route of the Breed Society - if you don't know it, then don't respond!

sorry but how can you think that they are the best people to own a dog they are lazy do you think its a good thing to post an ad on here and wait for the breeders to e-mail you when they could have serched champdogs for breeder all they have done is post a free ad just like they would in a paper sorry if i upset anyone

Be they the best people in the world to own a dog or the worst, it still doesn't mean that they shouldn't be advised to find the BEST dogs available!

The point is charmed one that some people do not know the right way to go about buying puppies...doesn't mean they will not make excellent owners.It is down to us as knowledgeable dog owners to point these people in the RIGHT direction! I for one don't want someone posting on here in 12 months time saying they followed my advise to buy from the site you suggested and they ended up with a poor speciman with no registration and serious health problems.We need to promote responsible dog ownership and if someone buys from a responsible breeder hopefully they will get the right advice and help in order to do this
