hi , i have a 3 yr old westie (pippa)she has been spayed by operation before i got her, not related to problem...............she has got these little raised sore things on her side and back near her neck, only just noticed them.  she also has like flakey round patches a bit jaggered round the edges with what looks like new skin underneath. the spot things have a little yellowy green discharge...................been to vets he wants to know how much water she drinks, and has given her antibiotics and a shampoo called sebomild, any thoughts from anyone would be appreciated,  thanks  ron

Just wondered if they could be the result of flea bites. The shampoo should help.  Malaseb and hibiscrub are also quite good. Hibscrub , diluted is suitable for dabbing on any little sores.

If you bath her make sure she is always 100% rinsed fully.

my westie usually has good skin, but last week i noticed small raised lumps from neck to tail, and it struck me that i have been giving her bonios for her breakfast, i have stopped them and the condition is improving, she is only fed on james wellbeloved, but these were used as treats, it has happened before when i tried a different dog food, so we have to stick to the same food
