Contact the breed club.  You will need to join in order to researh the breed and breeding before embarking on this road which is full of pitfalls, and responsibilities.

Breeding a Chi is a very complicated task and unless you have many experiences I'd advice you to study the whole thing well. It depends on many things, but mostly  on how big/small your female is. It also depends on how ole she is...... as said before, it's best to contact the club and talk to some reputable breeders. They'll explain everything.
