My bitch has been very unsettled all night, she's been scrathcing around, panting etc. she is due to have puppies on sunday, but shes showing all the usual signs (this is her third litter) that she may give birth any time now,is it too early?

No a week early is quite OK.  I ahe had pups born five days early to 4 days late.
