My bitch has just come into season and I was looking for some advice as to what to give my dog to keep him calm? He hasn't started to get worked up yet, however I hoped there may be something I could give him to keep him calm. They are kept completely separated at all times throughout her season.

I put one in the house and one outside and that helps, but i do this early on so the male doesnt get the full sniff of the female, i walk him instead of putting him in the yard.

I wouldn't risk keeping them in the same house. I sent my bitch back to her breeder. She had company with her sister being in season at the same time! ;)

i seperate them dogs downstairs bitches upstairs ....never had any bother....mind you three doors and 3 childgates between them

i would send him on his holidays somewhere....
