Hi Lou
We sent a pup over to Belgium last year but my son was travelling with it by coach which made it easier. Also if its under 3 months old it is much more straight forward as the rabies does not have to be given

I have just exported a pup to Holland (they went by Eurotunnel so travelled through Belgium).  All that was needed was the EU Pet Passport with the health declaration(I think on page 28) signed.  The pup needs to be permanently ID's by Tattoo or Microchip or both.  You need th date that these were applied to the pup too.  Mine went with just his tattoo, as the new owners wanted to get her chipped with a Dutch chip so it was straight onto their database.
