We are looking for a family dog and would like to know more about the australian cattle dog as having read a dog magazine which says that they are good with children and make good family pets.  I would like to know how they look as I do nto have a picture of one but believe they are short coated which would be good. Try the Kennel Club's website, look under breed standards on the left hand side, and then Pastoral group then click Australian Cattle Dog. I am sure if you go back to Champ Dogs home page and click guided search, then Pastoral, then Aussie Cattle Dog, there will probably be a picture there as well, but I haven't checked that one.

If all else fails just type Australian Cattle Dog into your explorer search bar and you should find some pictures from the sites it brings up.
