My 10 week old Cavalier has very loose poops.  He is a greedy chappie and when I mentioned it to the vet he said it would settle down.  He now has itermittent poops some are partially formed and others are really loose.  I have also noticed a tiny spotting of blood 'on the poop' about once a day.

Any ideas what I can do to help him?  He is very lively and happy, eating (obviously) and drinking and playing.  Everything seems normal except his poop.  Am I being over anxious?

You say he's greedy, so it's possibly just eating more food than he can cope with which is giving him loose stools
