If you are thinking of rehoming a dog in the West Midlands, there is one "RESCUE" kennel that does not operate as such, they have a lisence to SELL dogs as a business.  They are also under watch by the local EHO because of other "discrepancies" within the boundaries.  May I suggest that should you wish to rehome a dog within this area, you telephone the local council first to check out the kennel you wish to rehome from.
