hi, my 14 months old old tyme bulldog has just jumped up at a man who was running in the park. his claw scratched the mans leg (he was wearing shorts) and when i called buster to come back, he didnt until he felt like it. i need some advice on stopping him jumping and also coming back to me when he is told. fortunately the man is a neighbour and he understands that buster was only playing and not being aggresive.
any help/websites/links would be appreciated. thanks.

First of all you need him to be under control, maybe use a long-line.  I would not allow him off lead until you are able to get him back to you.

Somebody mroe in the know about your breed and whose into training will be able to advise you better than I can :d
