CC stands for Challenge Certificate. A dog (or bitch) needs to be awarded three of these under three different judges to gain the title of Champion. They're awarded at Championship shows, and, in breeds which are competing for them, there is a pair (one for the Best Dog (Dog Challenge certificate, or DCC; and one for Best Bitch (Bitch Challenge Certificate, or BCC) in each breed.
There is also a Reserve Challenge Certificate (RCC) awarded to the runner-up bitch and dog. These don't count towards the title of Champion, but if the dog who was awarded the CC is subsequently disqualified, the Reserve winner gets the CC.
