We are interested in owning a welsh springer spaniel. Our Labrador who we had for 13 years died last March and we are finally looking for another dog. Having known a few Welsh springers I think for the right person they are a very charming breed.  Not quite as manic as their English cousins, and there isn't the divide between show and working.
