Area should be last on your list. :)  You need to be asking for qualities and bloodlines.  If your bitch's breeder is knowledgable, they would be the best to point you in the right direction.  Otherwise try the breed clubs.

and you should also be asking for clear eye teste and L2 tests

I can put you onto someone who may be able to advise you on the right dog to use.  She will put you onto people who health test all of their dogs and I wd. think that you would need to have health tested yours too.
