Yes but if there like my dogs they'll take one look outside and run back in, only for you to have to drag them out to go the loo.

May I suggest a large umbrella to make the experience more pleasant for you and your puppy... but don't blame me if the neighbours think you've gone loopy. Mine are used to me being a little eccentric by now - he-he!
