One of my American Cockers had a small patch of wet excema a few weeks ago. I thought at the time, that being licked by one of the other dogs was to blame, but who really knows? I clipped the hair really short with electric clippers and I got some Hibiscrub from the chemist and I cleaned the area with a damp cotton wool ball dipped lightly in the hibiscrub giving it a good lather. I dried it off with some kitchen paper towel then sprayed it with colloidal silver. I did this twice a day, and it cleared up in about 7 days.
