ive recently noticed my 12 week old staffy bitch after going to toilet has a smal whiteish discharge is this normal

It's normal as long as it's clear and it's not troubling her.  Bitches do get alot of bacteria going up the vulva into the urinal tract but mostly it's just harmless.
