Not my dog, but cross posted from the Siberian Husky club site, can anybody help?:-

I am crying out for help here!!!
This is Asta's last chance. Her mouth is worse than ever. Ulcers on her Tongue, cheeks and roof of mouth. She has also now got a discharge from her mouth.
Her lymph glands are also swollen. Yesterday she was given a depo medrone injection and we have just started her on a 3 week course of Stomorgyl 10 (antibiotics). If no improvement at the end of this course I have decided that the kindest thing would be to put her to sleep. She is in so much pain. Eating is also causing her problems now.
She is only 4 years old and I really do not want to have to do this as she is such a loving little girl. Never complains about anything.
If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
Please, Please, Please Help Me.

Ask your vet to test for Eoncepylic (sp) Granuloma  I have had 2 dogs with it but it is so very very rare vets don't often look for it.
They can take a biopsey of an ulcer and test that way.  it is not curable but can be controlled in most cases.  Huskys and Cavaliers are I believe the only recorded breeds suffering from it in dogs but this may have changed recently
I will try and find you some more info on it.

I had a dog several years ago who developed painful ulcers in his throat.  He was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma :(
