Topic Dog Boards / Health / The odd vomiting and diarrhoea

My puppy is 5 months old. Usually very healthy and strong digestion. However this is the second time that he has suffered from a quick bout of d+v. He was sick in his crate early morning today but seemed in fine spirits otherwise. He only eat a little breakfast. The dog walker said he did 2 loose bowel movements this morning on his walk. When I went home at lunch time he had wet his crate. However he eat all his lunch and again seems in fine spirits racing around the garden. The same thing happened last time. So although I'm not worried enough to take him to the vet I do wonder what this is about and whether it is a common thing in pups. I am always taking things out of his mouth that he picks up on walks or in the garden but inevitably dont get to rescue everything.

All pups do eat alot of stuff off the floor so it's not suprising that they have the runs and sickeness at times.
