But I adore Cheese Fondue, (and prawn cocktail too :D ) well I used to buy a chilled cheese fondue mix from Tescos, but they've stopped selling it, so now i need to have a go at making it myself from scratch........so has anyone got a good recipe for a classic cheese fondue??

We had one with a if I remember three different types of swiss cheese, wine and garlic. It was yummy :)
