Freya has a friend, Hemley, staying fwith us whilst his Mum & Dad go on holiday :)

Now Freya hasn't seen Hemley since July - she had her season and he had his "little operation ;)"  - and oh boy - things have changed!!!

Freya obviously still smells different to him, and he wants to play wheelbarrows with her
She's not too enamoured of this, and has just rushed into her kennel, in with Aunty Gypsy, and slammed the door on Hemley!

She obviously did listen to Purdey (Hemley looks so much like the Lurve of Purdey's life - a blonde chap) - who loved her and left her with her litter of puppies - she NEVER forgave him for that :D

Poor Hemley - he only wants to play .......

After the initial shock, they played together quite nicely this afternoon - Aussies joined in as well & a great game was had by all - favourite seemed to be -ooh lets chase the cats out of the garden  

Cats are now v.v.v.offended - they are NOT used to this treatment - young dogs of today have no respect, etc etc etc.  They have all moved into the dining room, and are now lined up in here, tails twitching, and asking why the Mary Ellen do we have to have yet ANOTHER dog!!!

They don't know its just for a week or two ......

Cats NEVER understand the need for exercise......and that's why dogs have to teach 'em, and encourage 'em :D :D   and if they were my dogs the cats would all get cleaned up too... dirty or not :D :D

LOL Margot I thought ours was a mad house what with Truffle hiding under the table to catch the cats as they dive for the cat flap :D
