I want to find this out.

Do you have to ask permission first to take pictures of other peoples dog/s if you are at a dog show or not? Do you have to ask permission before you put other peoples dog/s on the internet?

What are the rules for taking pictures by the Kennel Club?

Thanks

As a general rule you must have permission to take photographs of people, owned animals, owned goods and land before publishing that photograph.  Publishing on the internet can lead to all kinds of problems and you need to take legal advice before you do this.

It also advises in schedules that you need to ask permission from the show society and the owners of the dogs before taking photo's.  You are able to take photo's of your own dogs.
