We recently bought an 8 week old female rhodesian and she has an inverted vulva. The breeder said that it should correct itself after her first season, but my vet says that this could or could not be the case. Can it be corrected with surgery and without reoccurance? And what about infection after the surgery or complications? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had a puppy with an inverted vulva, she is now 13 weeks old and it is nearly back to normal. I worried for ages as the vet said she needed surgery. It started to right it self as she grew, hope this puts your mind at rest a bit.
