I need to get a product to keep Zac's coat fresh in between bathing him :)
my son said yesterday his coat was a bit high:o so I bathed him and sprayed
in the air over him when dry my sons Joop .But would like to know if a product is available to use in between him going to the trimmers which is every 6 weeks.

I'm sure you can get dry shampoo products. This gets rubbed into the coat and brushed out so you don't have to keep dunking them in the bath. I've got no idea where you can get this from and it is possible that I'm imagining things but I'm sure it's available :)

Thanks a bunch ,I think you are right will have to get something for the sweetie.
I had just had a really nice colleague in floods of tears, her 14 and 1/2 year old yorkie had a very bad fit and the Vet wanted to do very extensive test on the little dog
she has refused the test and felt very guilty but said the little chap was very scared of vets and she thought all the test could finish him off .Felt so sorry for her.

Personally - I would steer clear of powders - they can cause irritations. There are loads of doggy sprays out there -some designed to replicate human after shaves and perfumes - others as very nicelt scented coat preparations. "Show Silk" is lovely as is one called "the stuff". They are not cheap - but do do the job and are good for the coat as well.
Find them on the net at Dezynadog type places - do a Google search for them.

Pat
I have a link for you here to HUB INternational who do loads of doggy grooming products. This
link takes you straight to their "colognes" list.
PS this just cost me £30 coz I just can't resist:D

Thanks Pammy, Yes I am not going to get the dry shampoo, the reason being Zac
will have a very thick coat and this powder could get into the knots if he gets any?I Am
having him washed every 6 weeks and cut back and I am going to trying to find a spray that should I hope do the job.

Petplanet have a selection of doggy colognes (I think thats the right spelling) :)
That's so funny that I just posted on this on the General Board. Good luck with finding it.
For anyone else interested check out the Amazing Dog Shampoo post for the info.
