I am off to Dubai for a few days tomorrow and have just had a look at the temperature out there, 39c or 102f.

Now I like hot, but I don't think I have ever experienced it that hot before.

Oh you are lucky Sandra, I love going on holiday I went to Antalya (Turkey) in August and most days it was 45 degrees, that was hot but not unbearable, obvioulsy didn't sit out in it but shaded under  a brolly and so long as the pool wasn't far away or the sea it was beautiful.  Have a great time

you should come down to Kent we get those temperatures regularly (well we did once a couple of years ago :D ).  You should be fine in Dubai the heat should be a dry heat so it's not so bad.  We went to Malawi a couple of years ago and spent two days on a Safari next to the river, it was 40c+ and very humid extremely uncomfortable.

LOL, I live in Kent, so am used to the odd hot day.  We are off in a couple of hours, makes packing easy when you are going somewhere hot, go on holiday in this country and you end up taking your entire wardrobe not knowing what the weather will be like :D

We lived in Hong Kong and the airplane stopped off in Dubai on the way there, when they opened the plane door it was like opening an oven door that had been cooking!
