More important questions than how much should it weigh:-
1. Are the parents both KENNEL CLUB registered? Any other registration is just not worth it.
2. Have both parents been hip-scored, and eye-tested? What are the scores? If you are told they don't need to be hip tested because they've never had any problems, then walk away.
3. If both parents are there, ask WHY they used the resident stud? Because it was convenient, or because it complements the bitch?
4. What worming schedule has been used?
Make sure that the puppy is AT LEAST 6 weeks old - ideally, it should be 7+ weeks, although with a giant breed, it is probably okay.
Hope this helps at bit.

I agree with Lokis's mum, the colour though is natural and should fade as they mature, although it does depend on the variation of the black flecking if a fawn bullmastiff. You do need to do loads of research research and more research, you dont wont to end up with an ill puppy with loads of health problems you'll have that dog for the rest of it's life. Here's a few sites you could look at. http://s9.invisionfree.com/All_Molosserbreeds/index.php
