My new puppy was injected on 28 August.  Due to a misunderstanding, the vet won't be able to give her the 2nd lot of vaccinations until 21 Sept.  Will this create a problem?  I understood that the vaccinations needed to be given 2weeks later.

Im not sure about the injections for a pup but for annual boosters there is a window of about 8 weeks.

Puppy ones should be done within a month of each other, longer than this and you have to start the course again.  Boosters can be left for up to 6 months.
