after following all the positive advice on toilet training taking out at regular intervals praise when she does well and not telling her off if she doesn't my yorkie seems slow to learn in this area, she is still a bit hit and miss, I have heard that this breed is particularly hard to housetrain is this the case or am i being too impatient she's sixteen weeks i've had her for eight weeks she is good in every other way, would appreciate any advice x

is she crate trained? coz dogs are ment to be easyer and quicker to train if they have a crate. :)
just an idea,worth a try!

i have got a crate just not sure how to use it where toilet trainings concerned

they are ment to be easyer but meg was crate trained wen we got her,so it was done for me. :) post a seperate post and ask people on her how to toilet train a puppy wile using a crate?
you should get some useful advise! :)
