IAM LOOKING TO BUY A WHIPPET BITCH PUP FROM THE CHESHIRE AREA BUT IAM UNABLE TO FIND ANYONE IN THE AREA

We are having the same problem.
There are some kennels called 'Pennymeadows' which I believe are in Lancs area, but no pups available until April/ May.

Have you tried K9 community? It's a website focusing on sight hounds including whippets. They are very helpful and can point you in the direction of new litters.
