hi, can anyone tell me how long is it before eyes strart to darken ? pups are only 17 weeks old but i,m panicking in case they don,t darken in their breed they are suppose to be dark hazel

In Spanish they are darkening by 8 weeks, by 10 weeks they are near enough at their proper colour. 

I've got a girl whose pigment hasn't come in yet and she's 8 weeks so I'm worrying too !!  I'll keep everything crossed for you if you do for me :d

Your post has been answered on the showing board....it would seem some breeds eyes can change colour into adulthood whereas others are pretty much set by after a few weeks.What breed do you own...someone with knowledge of your breed might be able to help more
