I've always found that the Simpsons blaster and dryers are the most reliable workhorses!  Not always the most beautiful, but they certainly do the job well and go on for ever.

Simpsons do a good combination dryer which I used for a good few years until my business got too busy. I dont think you are going to get one for £200 though.  I think they are around £300.

For a decent blaster/dryer the price seems to be around £350 -£400.  I have an albrooks tornado and find it wonderful, I use dryer for poodles and blaster for bernese.  I had my last albrooks one for 20years before I bought a new one 7 years ago and I have never had a days bother with either, in fact I sold the old one and it is still being used in a grooming parlour.  You will get a blaster for about £200 I think but I doubt if you will manage blaster/dryer for that money unless you manage to get a 2nd hand one.  I would certainly recomend the Albrooks ones though.

I always prefer seperate machines, like a washing machine and tumble dryer, as if you have combined units and one part fails, you're left with...........
Having said that, my Simpson's dryer and seperate blaster are still going after 16 years in the working grooming parlour!! :)

I hope that I'm not going to see fluffy Poodle looking Spanish :d  Can't remember what mine is although I'm certain it's a Simpson's one bought it years ago, although this is the blaster only, I just leave the dog to dry after it's had a good blast!

I have a Gizmo by Dezynadog - brilliant !!- it can blast a heavily coated BSD dry in 20 minutes from straight out the bath :D and is great for blasting all the mud and muck out of the coat after muddy walks in the winter (just remember to do it outside )
