my older bitch is atacking her daughters puppies they are 5 weeks old
now and she only doing this over the last few days she has been fine with them up to now any advice

Keep them separate. I found with some of my older dogs that they simply were no able to cope with an entire litter of lively pups, and were very unhappy when they met. When I had sold all but one, they had no problem at all accepting the one I kept. It was just the amount that stressed them out.
