Does anyone know where I can get a chihuahua puppy? Preferably a girl? I owned one years ago when I was 11 and would love another one! Its my 21st soon and am dropping BIG hints to family! I cant seem to find one anywhere. Hope you can help

I have seen a few adverts recently in Our Dogs and Dog World, maybe you should start taking those papers.(They are weekly.) Also try contacting the breed club/s. Be prepared for a wait though, even very common breeds you may have to wait for to get a wellbred puppy. A year or so isn't a lot when you consider you're going to have the dog for many years. :)

Try the kennel club web site, they have a breed puppy search facility on there.  That's how my sister got her little boy :) and of course there's this place right here, champdogs!

contact some good breeders, get on some lists and be prepared for a very long wait, at least the chi boom has kinda calmed down now so the prices arent as silly as they were 6 months ago :) good luck
