Since moving to Wales and taking the dog into woodland daily, she has developed what seems to be hayfever. She originally had running eyes and nose, sneezed etc - that was about 6 weeks ago. Vet gave antibiotics, seemed to work but upset her stomach. Now the nose running [not bad has come back] [eyes are ok] just in her head not bronchial. She sneezes a bit, is worse in morning and when on her back. No other effects. I read it could be ivy dust in the wood. She previously had not been in woodland.
I suspect hayfever as I suffer and symtoms are similar but mine has stopped. The vet wants an X-ray but I was hoping this would not be necessary. BTW she is better after say playing ball in water? I hope soemone can help?

Thanks

Brian

A friends mother's GSD developed a fungal infection in her nose - it could be quite nasty :(
