Someone I know has developed a back problem and although her dog is a small breed pulling on the lead is quite difficult to manage and be comfortable with.
Please could people recommend the best type of lead that helps the dog to walk better. I believe I have heard that something called the Gentle Controller is very good. This lady needs a quick solution to make walking comfortable.
If people do prefer the Gentle Controller, is it available in shops?
Thank you for your help.

Personally I prefer the Gentle Controller because it is like a slip lead - no fiddling with collar clips (difficult enough in a dog with a ruff!) I think you can get them in good petshops - you can definitely buy them at shows, and on-line.
