Have you contacted the breed clubs? They are the best people to give you info on reputable breeders who may have puppies for sale. Contact details for breed clubs can be found at the bottom of the page here
Edited to say - link keeps coming up as miniature poodles, can't seem to change it, but if you click on Utility Group at bottom of page, then on Toy Poodles in list, it will bring up the info for Toys. Sorry - had a bad day!
